Ingredients
2 1/3 C flour
2 C milk +1 t vinegar
2 T sugar
1 T oil
2 beaten eggs
3 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. The batter should be a little lumpy, this makes the pancakes rise up a bit better than if it is over mixed.
2. Pour about 1/4 C batter onto a hot griddle sprayed with cooking spray. (or, if you want it super delicious melt a bit of butter on the griddle)
3. When the cakes stop bubbling you know it's time to flip them over.
4. Top with syrup, jam, whip cream, powdered sugar....what ever you like best.
