Snickers Suprise

by Jamie

I made this little recipe up one afternoon when I was short on time and needed a desert quick! These Betty Crocker Cookie Pouches come in so handy! They are often on sale and Betty Crocker frequently releases online coupons that can be printed and used. I purchased this mix for 25 cents! THAT is a bargain. You can find out about other great deals like this on http://www.pinchingyourpennies.com/
Snickers Surprise
1 Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Pouch
3 T canola oil
1 T water
1 egg
1 bag fun size Snickers Bars

1. Mix the first four ingredients together. Roll into inch size balls and place in a greased mini muffin tin. It should make about 36 cookies.

2. Bake at 325 (convection oven) for 6 minutes or 350 (regular oven) for 8 minutes. You don’t want to over bake them.

3. Chop the snickers bars in half.

4. Immediately after the cookies come out of the oven, press a snickers bar into the center of each cookie.

5. Let them cool for about 5 minutes and gently pull them out of the tin with a butter knife. They should be pretty easy to get out if you give them the time to cool a bit. Enjoy!!!
