This recipe has been living and breathing on my blog for nearly a decade. It’s been a family favorite for longer than that, and seems to make it’s way to our table at least once a month. It’s super easy, you literally just put everything in the crock pot, close the lid and let it cook away. The chicken turns out nice and tender in a creamy, cheesy sauce that’s all covered with a crispy stuffing mixture.
Truly, this is one of those standard family recipes that hits to spot every time.
If you haven’t tried it yet, I hope you will!

This fabulously easy chicken recipe has been a family favorite for years. Tender chicken is slow cooked in a cream, cheesy sauce, covered in a bed a crispy stuffing mix. Hope you love it as much as we do!

  1. Looks REALLY awesome!! I will have to try that too!! I heard you made a killer quiche for the baby shower…when will that be posted?! 🙂

  2. Jamie,
This is probably a silly question, but do I just dump the stuffing and seasonings on top of the liquid dry? If so, does the stuffing cook okay with only the spray on top?
    Thank you

  5. Yes, ladies. Just dump the stuffing and seasonings on top of the casserole. It will cook just fine. Good luck! Hope you enjoy it.
