January Menu

  • Pinterest

Here is a list of the fabulous things I am planning for for my January menu. The recipes that are in black are upcoming posts. The ones in RED are links to recipes that are already in my archives. You can just click on them, and they will appear. Isn’t that handy! The Internet is an amazing tool I say.
These   recipes are some that I rely on when I am interested in loosing weight. All right. I’ll admit, I am always interested in loosing weight. Its just that sometimes the interest gets buried under all the fabulous sugary deserts I can’t help but make.
Yes. It is a problem.
However here we are in January and it’s time to unleash the vegetables and dust off the treadmill! There is no law that says you have to eat bland, cardboard like food to loose weight! I am always on the look out for ways to DIET DELICIOUSLY. You heard me. It can be done. It may not be able to be done without locking those sugary deserts up for a while. However, it has been my experience that when you cut out the super sugary for a time….everything else tastes so much better! So…off we go, into the wild blue yonder. May our pants get looser and our double chins begin to shrink. This is my January wish! (I am planning to post a few treats as well….how could I resist!)

Chow Mien
Teriyaki Chicken
Chicken and Gravy
Rosemary Potatoes
Fruit and Spinach Salad
Pudding and Cream Salad

Chocolate Toffee Cake
Dump Truck Birthday Cake
I hope to see you around these parts again soon! Happy January….sometimes regular old  life can be refreshing.

So glad I found your site! I am right there with you when it comes to food. I'm trying to cook healthier, too, but it's so much more fun to make DELICIOUS food! I've got a few light recipes on my site if you want to swing by. Can't wait to see what you cook up! (especially looking forward to the alfredo chicken wraps and cream cheese cokies!)
