Apple picking with my family. We have gone every year to the same orchard since I was a little girl and we now bring our spouses and children to keep the tradition going.

I love the weather, filling my food storage with home canned peaches and applesauce, cooking soups and stews that were too hot for summer, the changing leaves, sweaters, and many more reasons but I'll stop here 🙂

I love going on nightly walks with my family because the weather is just perfect in September! I also love pulling out all my clothes for fall (I have a much bigger wardrobe during the fall than during the summer) haha

I love September because it is the month when autumn officially begins, and autumn is so wonderful! Cooler weather, falling leaves, hot cider, pumpkin everything, fires in the fireplace…aahh, just lovely.

I love September in the Yukon-crisp morning air, bright blue skies filled with sunshine and the hills filled with color, and the occasional dusting of fresh snow!
