 Today.
Is the day,
for spooks and goblins and witches and bats!
I thought you might like to see my Halloween costume this year.
You can tell from the picture above that I’m a handcart pulling green faced warty witch. It only took me 5 years to sew this pioneer dress, paint my face green, hammer the handcart together and grow 50 pumpkins to sit in it.
 Ok…so it’s not really me.
But she sure is a cool looking witch, isn’t she?
Many of you local readers have most likely already visited this witch and her witchy friends at Gardner Village this October.
For those of you who haven’t….I took some pictures just for you.
Consider it a little witch parade.
Because it’s Halloween.
And everyone wants to see witches on Halloween, don’t they?

Witches flying through the sky…
Sporting a little hoo-lee-hoop.
Witches directing flight traffic….wouldn’t want to have a
witchy crash now would we?
Even witches have to take care of the necessary…
Playing a little ball….love the haunches on this witchy catcher.
I bet she’s been eating Pumpkin Cheesecake for breakfast.
These are not witches,
just a few of my kids and a couple of my sister Alli’s kids.
Have a spook-tacular day everyone!
May your children be cheerful,
your candy buckets plentifully packed…
and may your pants still fit in the morning.
