These cupcakes are divine, my friends. A moist chocolate cupcake is topped with silky white chocolate frosting and heavenly chocolate ganache. Oh my. Divine and heavenly can only begin to describe them.
They would make a nice addition to a birthday party, wedding shower, wedding dinner, baby shower, don’t eat them in the shower, or make them in the shower, or you could just make them to celebrate good old Wednesday! Then kick your feet up and enjoy a bite of heavenly bliss.
Who said Wednesday isn’t special, right!
What about making dinner for your family on Wednesday afternoon? I’m pretty sure these cupcakes would go really well with a five dollar pizza or two. In fact, I’m going to go right ahead and guarantee it.

I absolutely LOVE your web site. You post the most beautiful, amazing & appetizing pictures.
Right now I am going through chemotherapy so I do not have the energy to cook like I used to.
But thanks to your great web site I am getting my fix every day & looking forward to trying your delicious recipes. Keep up your good work.

Hi Jamie! I am new to your blog and seriously addicted. Everything looks amazing. I can't wait to try these cupcakes. You have taken two of my favorite things (white chocolate and cream cheese frosting) and combined them to make the frosting. I am just worried that the frosting won't even make it on the cupcakes. I might just eat it all by itself!
OMG – these are absolutely the best cupcake I've ever eaten. I've never really been real big on cupcakes because they are usually kind of dry – but these – OMG (again) – so moist. And I forgot to put the vanilla and salt in the ganache (a total senior moment), but still delish!!!

Thanks for the great recipes!!! Can’t wait til I can frost this batch of cupcakes….
I absolutely LOVE this recipe!! I make cakes and this is my go to chocolate cake. The icing is to die for and I love the consistency of the icing. I use it to cover most of my cakes before I put the fondant on. It is just fabulous. Thank you for sharing such a delicious recipe.
Melanie,
So glad to hear it!

I’m making these for a tomorrow for a party and was wondering if the cupcakes would be okay just in the fridge overnight.
Hi Julianna,
What a great dessert for a party. 🙂 One of my favorites. Yes, the cupcakes will be good overnight in the fridge. The chocolate ganache won’t be quite as satiny looking but they will still be beautiful.
Best of luck!
