I do believe, if I had to.
Really, really had to.
I could eat this Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap everyday for the rest of my life and be a very happy woman. The ingredients are simple, but packed with flavor. A warm grilled chicken breast is sliced and nestled in a spinach wrap surrounded by crisp lettuce, flavorful tomatoes and a tangy Creamy Caesar Dressing. It’s good, man.
Fantastically simple and oh so fabulously good.
You don’t need to heat up your oven.
You don’t need to spend 5 hours making it.
You don’t need to pass go, or collect $200.
It’s a perfect summer meal, my friends. Hope you love it as much as I do.
PS…the Crispy Parmesan French Fries pictured in this recipe to be posted in the near future.
Let me show you how to make it happen.
1. Heat your grill up over medium high heat, until it reaches about 350 degrees. Turn it down to low and lay a large piece of tin foil out over the slats.
2. Drizzle olive oil over the tin foil, then lay your chicken breasts out evenly. Sprinkle each breast with salt and pepper. Cover the grill and let the chicken cook until it’s golden brown along the bottom and the chicken has cooked almost all the way through.
3. Turn the chicken over, sprinkle it with salt and pepper, cover the grill and let the chicken cook through.
4. While the chicken cooks, make yourself some Creamy Caesar Dressing, recipe found here.
5. When your chicken is cooked, take it off the grill and place it on a clean plate. Cover it with tin foil and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
6. Lay out your spinach tortillas out flat.
7. Chop yourself some beautiful green romaine lettuce and place some along the top of each tortilla.
8. Slice up some red onion and chop your self some tomatoes. I used grape tomatoes because of this very important reason. I am in love with them.
9. Lay the red onion and tomatoes out over the lettuce.
10. Sprinkle on some grated Parmesan cheese. (Please note, that I forgot this important step in the photos)
11. Carefully slice the warm chicken
and lay it out over the top of your vegetables.
12. Pour some of the Creamy Caesar Dressing over the top of the chicken.
13. Fold up the edges
and then wrap up the wrap. Simple and absolutely delicious. Slice them in half with a serrated knife serve immediately.
Enjoy!

Loved this. Thank you.
Looks delicious!! I don’t have a grill 🙁 how else would you recommend cooking the chicken?
Becca,
I would either cook the chicken in a hot skillet, or bake it in the oven at 400 degrees. Good luck!

I made this per the instructions and man were they good! my hubby said he liked them but would add hot peppers. I love it the way it was will be sharing the website to Face book!
I’m trying this for dinner tonight! I’ve never cooked on a grill with foil as a barrier. Maybe my chicken won’t be charcoal black and cremated, as usual.
