Would you agree, that this is a glorious time of year? I love the fresh sunshine, little kids riding their bikes and frolicking about in the front yard, tulips poking their stems out of the cold ground, blue sky (something of a novelty after a smoggy winter here in SLC), birds chirping outside my window in the morning…
Love it. I really do. Winter can get pretty ugly here. I suppose it makes Spring time all the more wonderful. 🙂

Hello,
Thank you for all of the wonderful recipes! I just love your site!
I have a quick question-I’ve made your breakfast casserole several times and my family LOVES it. I want to make it for Easter breakfast, but we have to be out the door early and I don’t have time to cook it in the morning-I’ve seen similar casserole ideas on Pinterest that say you can cook it in the crock pot overnight-do you suppose that would work this this casserole?
Just wanted to see what your thoughts may be.
Thanks again!
Thank you for the Easter ideas, I loved the pretty and easy strawberries. Making these for Easter. Enjoying your recipes too! Thanks and Happy Easter!!!!!
My husband and I had the creamy ranch tomato bacon pasta and raspberry cream pie for Easter. We were quite impressed! Loved every bit of it and can’t wait to go home to eat the leftovers!!!
