Can you believe it is March, for crying out loud!!!! Woo Hoo, I like the sound of March. Even if it is “In Like A Lion” or whatever they used to teach us when we were tiny children. 🙂 The weather here in Utah hit 55 degrees this past weekend. I don’t know if you were aware, but when it’s 55 degrees in Utah people bury their long thermal underwear and dance in the streets in shorts and t-shirts with their bare calves showing.

They do.

I saw many bare calves this weekend. Which made me smile just because 55 degrees is a welcome reprieve around here. Spring just might be on her way. I am going to drink it in, right until the moment it snows again which will most likely be any minute now. Show your bare calves while you can, is what I always say. Or sometimes say. Or at least…I said it today and that has to count for something.

So you had to post a picture of the mint chocolate whoopie pies! And I was doing so good at resisting clicking on the link, knowing I would want to make them or go open a bag of the cool mint oreos. Now I’m having a hard time resisiting . . .

That is so funny. Here in south Georgia, when it’s 55 degrees here we are all freezing!!! Bundled up with coats and scarves. 🙂
