April Menu Plan 2013

by Jamie

Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap and Crispy Parmesan Oven Fries,
BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad,
Roasted Tomato and Asparagus Tortellini,
Meatball Marinara (Crock Pot), Grilled Teriyaki Sandwich

Hey there everyone. I hope you had a wonderful Easter! The weather in my neck of the woods has been beautiful and we have been fortunate to spend the past couple of weekends with our extended family… romping around hunting for Easter eggs, laughing and visiting. Just what I love. The perfect way to enjoy a holiday.

I have my April Menu plan for you all today. Usually when April hits I am itching to fire up the grill and see if I can’t make some outdoor cooking magic happen.  So, I have added a few grilling recipe to the menu. Yum. Love me something tasty from the grill. As usual colored titles are links back to previous posts. Black titles are recipes I am working on and hoping to post in the near future. Hope you find something to love. 🙂

Hi, I found you on an internet search for Caesar Wraps. Your recipes look delicious. I am making the wraps tonight. I made your dressing up this morning so it has time to cool in the fridge and soak in the flavors. I made you Blueberry Jello salad to go with it. It looks like dinner will be great tonight. I am a home gourmet cook. I love to try new things. Thanks for sharing! Susan
