Dole Banana Dippers

by Jamie

That looks good, right?

Would you believe me if I told you it was good for you?

I bet you would! The inside of tasty snack is a frozen banana! Dole has taken fresh bananas, dipped them in dark chocolate (rolled some of them in almonds) and frozen them. One package of Banana Dippers has 100 calories, the Banana Dippers with Almonds have 120 calories. They are bite sized pieces of guilt-free delight. I need guilt-free delight in my life, do you?

I am having some wonderful ladies over for lunch and am planning to introduce them to Dole Banana Dippers. I love a great Ladies Lunch.  Puts a smile on my face and gives me the boost I need to keep trekking forward.

I will be posting about our Ladies Lunch and these yummy treats in the near future. Until then you can find more information at the Dole Banana Dippers Website . You can also, of course, Like them on Facebook, or follow their Pinterest page.

Dole Banana Dippers are available at your local grocery store. Give them a go, won’t you. 🙂

I used to love the chocolate dipped frozen bananas when I was a kid, except they were hard to bite through and I consequently always ended up with melted chocolate smeared all over my mouth. These look wonderful, and without all the gnawing involved for the whole frozen banana! Thanks for showing us!

The great thing about Brandy’s camp is that the children try both, but in
a safe environment. Rights advocates might have a bit of hope that
now the medical community will finally understand gun owner concerns about privacy and
loss of rights to an increasingly intrusive Obama administration’s efforts to dig as deeply into their personal affairs as possible, while cloaking itself in secrecy.

The key is to find the balance and that is when having an “attitude of gratitude”
plays a key role.

Whenever you want to buy or build a bird house
you have take into account a few factors like whatever
your plans, always use raw wood to make a birdhouse. The back arm should also form a letter “L”, with the elbow facing down.
One of the best ways to do this is to pick up key points as a person
speaks and remember them because you share a similar experience or
have knowledge about the subject.

I was recommended this web site by my cousin. I’m not
sure whether this post is written by him as no one else know such detailed about my difficulty.
You are wonderful! Thanks!

These are great for diabetics. The dark chocolates with no nuts are my husbands favorites. Costco stopped selling them. I might have to change to Sams. The strawberry ones are good too. I haven’t tried the pineapple. I wish they were easier to find.
