20 Strawberry Recipes

I love to see fresh strawberries come back into season here in Utah. I feel like giving a high-five to the produce man at my local grocery store when I see him stacking cases of this beautiful fruit wide and deep. But then I wonder if he would think me strange for letting a thing like fruit put a smile on my face and so I just smile and say “Hello there, looks like you’ve got a nice batch of berries today.” and I keep my high-five to myself.

No need to scare the poor man, after all.
