Before I share my menu plan with you today, I wanted to thank those of you who have entered the Ninja Blender Giveaway, leaving your funny stories of kitchen mishaps within the comment section. I have my Monthly Menu Plan for you all today, complete with a picture of nearly every recipe. I have also added (at the bottom of the post) a list of recipe I have am working on and hoping to post in the near future. Wish me luck! If you read Friday’s post you know I’ve had a few plumbing/kitchen sink problems over the past week. I’m still without a disposal and dish washer…but running water is in full abundance and my kitchen sink is fastened back into place. Thankfully! Hoping the other issues will be back in working order soon. Until then we will be scrubbing dishes by hand and feeling grateful we aren’t washing them in the bathtub. 🙂

Ethiopian food delicious also. Injera bread to die for.
