Another weekly meal plan for you all, today. I have included a Breakfast For Dinner Day, and have added some fantastic Glazed Banana Bars at the end. Just in case you have a few spotted bananas on your counter. I know I always do.

I couldn’t help but leave you with a picture or two of this beautiful blue sky. Living in Salt Lake city during January can be down right depressing, as some of you well know. The air is smoggy, inverted and terrible. We headed out of town this past weekend and have been enjoying the clear blue sky at Bear Lake. Isn’t it gorgeous! Wish I could bottle it up and take it home with me.

  1. I made your husband’s cranberry sauce and it was awesome. It will be a yearly tradition, everyone I shared it with, loved it!

  2. Hey Jamie!

Thanks for all you do, we sure do love your cooking!

I was wondering if you could add some more lunch ideas to your blog. Maybe some salads that could be made at the beginning of the week and be okay hanging out in the fridge for a few days. Or any other quick and healthy lunch recipes you may have.

    1. Lindsey,
Thanks for your suggestions. I have that very topic on the mind lately too. Watch for some upcoming lunch posts.
      Thanks,
      ~Jamie
