Before we talk about this weeks menu, I wanted to let you know that over the weekend (as many of you may have noticed) my site was having a little trouble and was down at times. There was a large influx of traffic, due to the Superbowl and my sweet friend Tina from Mommy’s Kitchen (click over and check her site out, she has a ton of great food to offer!) who shared a link of mine on Facebook. That girl is swimming in Facebook followers and the link she posted went a little crazy. I apologize for the inconvenience! I have spent hours on the phone with my hosting company in the last few days and have upgraded to a new server. Things should be running much more quickly for us all now, which will be great. Just a small shout out for Liquid Web (for any of you who might be looking for a fantastic web hosting company). They have amazing customer service! I highly recommend them. We spent a lot of time together these past few days and I am well impressed. I am happy to report the search bar is now working correctly as well. 🙂 Thank you for your patience, everyone!
Now, this weeks menu is a great one. Day #6 is one of my families favorites and I have to admit to making it at least once on month on Sundays. It’s a great “come home from church” kind of meal, as you can leave it cooking in the crock pot while you are away.
Oven Baked BBQ Chicken
Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
Green Salad or Hot Green Peas
Greek Salad with Chopped Chicken
Just a note about this recipe. My little twin boys don’t love it. So be warned, the flavors may be a little advanced for young taste buds. The rest of us love it, so I can’t help but make it once in a while.
Parmesan Garlic Bread Twists
Green Salad
Grilled Turkey and Swiss Sandwiches
Chips, Raw Veggies and a Big Fat Coke Zero 🙂
Pork Roast with Vegetables and Gravy (Crock Pot)
Kneaders Cranberry Sunflower Salad with Raspberry Poppy-Seed Vinaigrette
Chewy Brownie and White Chocolate Strawberry Trifle
You can make this recipe in small portion sized cups, or in one large trifle dish. Man, it’s good! One of my favorites.
Have a great week, everyone!

Jamie, I just wanted to say how much I LOVE your blog! I look forward to your weekly menus. Everything looks great and I usually try out at least one recipe a week. They have all been great! Thank you so much for sharing your talents with all of us!
Love your blog. I am a senior citizen but love trying new recipes. Thank you for sharing these weekly menus. So much easier to make something new to try. One problem I have is printing your recipes. I am not allowed to print for some reason. Any suggestions?
Jamie, I popped over to view your menu. After reading that you spent hours on the phone I feel so bad. I guess I should of warned you. When I usually post something my readers head right over and that they did. Sorry for the headache, but I hope it was a good headache my friend. I <3 your site, so you know I love sharing your recipes. Thank you for the shout out and I will return the favor again LMBO.
Tina,
Don’t you worry one bit. My site was in need of a server upgrade anyway, things have been running a little slowly here and I just needed an excuse to bump it up. You may pass that kind of headache on to me anytime :). Hope you have a great day, Tina and thanks so much again for the boost in traffic.
~Jamie
