Fabulous Grilled Pork Tenderloin

by Jamie

I made this wonderful (SUPER EASY) Grilled Pork Tenderloin for Sunday dinner a couple of weeks ago and my kids downed it in record time. I don’t know if it was because they were STARVING from sitting in church for three hours (church is super exhausting, according to them), or if grilled pork is their new favorite thing about life, but they loved it. I have to say I did as well.

Pork tenderloin is left soaking in a 3 ingredient marinade for a couple of hours. Then you just grill it up and serve. Couldn’t easier! The flavor is wonderful and the pork is super tender.

Hope you try it gang! Here’s to summer grilling! It’s a great time of year, isn’t it. 🙂

Let me show you how to make it happen…

1. Grab 2 pounds of pork tenderloin. Keep in mind this is a different cut than a pork loin roast. The tenderloin is long and thin which helps it retain its tenderness while being grilled. A pork loin roast would be hard to grill since its much thicker. So, look for a tenderloin. 🙂 This package came with two long pieces of pork in it.

2. Into a gallon sized ziploc bag place 1/2 C soy sauce, 1/2 C Worcestershire sauce and 1 Tb minced garlic.

3. Place the pork tenderloin into the bag with the marinade. Seal the bag tightly and make sure that the pork is surrounded with it. Pop it into your fridge for at least 2 hours and up to 24.
4. Turn your grill to 350 degrees.
5. Discard the marinade. Carefully spray the grill with cooking spray and grill the pork for 8-10 minutes on each side. Or, until the meat has reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
6. Place it on a serving platter and cover with foil. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Slice on the diagonal and serve.

Think I could substitute some boneless pork chops?

Barbara – we buy the tenderloin (or pork loin) and cut it into boneless pork chops all the time, and use a marinade very similar to Jamie’s (We just use lemon juice instead of Worcestershire). They turn out amazing every time!! 🙂

Are you grilling on an outdoor grill or on an oven grill?

Covered grill outside or open?
Can’t wait to make this. Sounds delicious.

Planning on making this tomorrow but, can you please fix your printed version? The smiley face takes up almost a whole page!

Hi Jamie! This looks so good. But it’s not summer time here in Ohio! Below zero temperatures right now! Is there any way I can make this in the oven? I was thinking of stove top grilling for a short while and then finishing it in the oven. Not sure if the temperature or for how long. Any ideas?
