I have a very simple, very refreshing, summertime fruit salad recipe for you all today. It’s easy enough to toss together as a side for dinner (or breakfast or lunch, for that matter!) but yummy enough to make and serve to guests at a backyard BBQ. You could make it and serve it as a late night snack when you are playing a great card game with friends, you could eat it poolside while you watch your kids swim, you could eat it under a tree at the park…
…you get the idea, friends. As I mentioned this one is super simple, but delightfully refreshing. The berries and bananas pair so perfectly and the lime juice is such a great addition. Super simple, super fantastic!
Hope some of you get a chance to try it. You just might have all the ingredients on hand this very second…

Notes
This recipe is best served about 15 minutes after it's assembled. 15 minutes will give the flavors time to meld while allowing the berries and bananas to retain their texture. After about 30 minutes it starts to look a bit of a mess. So, if you are serving it to company, just make sure to serve it quickly.

What a simple dish. I love the berries and bananas with lime juice. It is a little different than just having a bowl of berries and bananas! Thanks for sharing.
