This luscious Peanut Butter Butterscotch Fondue is crazy delicious, my friends. It’s rich, creamy and makes a fantastic addition to a fondue bar. See a post about our Mother Daughter Fondue and Game Night by clicking HERE. It would also be amazing drizzled over cheesecake, or apple pie, or just as a late night snack of indulgence and wonder. Let’s make it!
1. Into a large heavy sauce pan place 2 (11 ounce) packages of butterscotch chips and 3/4 C Half and Half.
2. Melt the mixture over medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Make sure you don’t allow the temperature to get too high.
3. Remove from the heat and add 1 C smooth peanut butter, 1 tsp vanilla and a dash of salt.
Stir until incorporated and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a crock pot or fondue pot and serve immediately.

Notes
This recipe can be made in advance, stored in the fridge and then reheated in microwave. Heat it in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one. You'll want to add a bit more Half and Half as well so the texture remains nice and smooth. It will look a little bit clumpy at first when it is reheated. Make sure it get's nice and hot and the texture will improve.
