FAQ

I am planning on purchasing a new mixer. Should I buy a Bosch Mixer or a Kitchen Aid Mixer?

It depends on what you are going to use it for. If you are planning to make 5 loaves of bread for your family every week, a Bosch is really the only choice. A Kitchen Aid Mixer doesn’t have the motor for that kind of use. However, the bowl of the Bosch Mixer is quite large and has a hard time mixing recipes that are smaller, like these Quick and Easy Breadstick. This recipe would need to be doubled if you are making it in a Bosch.

If you are only planning to use your mixer to make small batches of bread once in a while, and will be making a lot of cakes, cookies, whipping cream etc…the Kitchen Aid Mixer will not disapoint.
