  1. I love your blog and haven't tried a thing from here that my family didn't like. Just thought I'd mention that I make a soup just like this, but it pairs so well with so many more veggies! We add celery, broccoli, and cauliflower to the onion, potatoes, and carrots. It's always nice to throw in a little of everything that I have left hanging out in the fridge. Thanks for all the great recipes!
