I hope the spring weather that is suppose to accompany April will arrive very soon. Right now all I see in my back yard is snow covering all of the little tulips that are trying to make their way into this cold and snowy world.

Soon it will all melt and we’ll be tiptoeing though those tulips, without a single frostbitten worry.

Fabulous menu! I'll be stealing some of your choices this month. Your menu always sounds so much better than mine. I am praying that this year Easter will be warm and sunny (and we do not have to hunt for Easter eggs in the snow)!

Just found your site from Mandy's Recipe Box. Where have you been all my life? So many of your recipes look SO GOOD, and I am super picky. I can't wait to try them! I am assuming you are making the spiral ham with honey mustard sauce for Easter. It sounds divine! Any chance you are going to post it before Easter? I would love to make it!

🙂 Oh yeah!! Cheesy potatoes and the strawberry cream cheese jello salad (is this the one with the pretzel crust?)…those are a must for Easter dinner around here too! YUM!
