My quick fix dinner is spaghetti with garlic bread. I try not to wait too long to decide what to fix so I dont get stuck in having to find something to make. My husband loves your chicken and wild rice soup!

This time of year my quick fix dinner is soup. I just take broth, whatever leftover meat I have on hand, noodles/rice and froz veggies plus a few spoonfulls of pesto and dump it all in one pot.

I've never put mayo in meatloaf before. I'm gonna have to give that a try!

I always have the ingredients on hand to make bar-b-que meatblls. Meatballs are made ahead of time and in the freezer ready to go. Serve with your choice of potatoes and a green veggie.

One of my favorite quick meals would have to be the baked potato. Simply throw it in the oven for 1 hour to bake (or if your really short on time in the microwave) and top it with whatever you have on hand: deli meats, cheese, butter, sour cream, veggies, bacon, ect! Easy and pleasing!

My quick meal, would be Cowboy's Delight aka Goulash(sp?) I just mix a pound of hamburger, onion, seasonings. Add cooked macaroni, tomato sauce and I'll throw in some of my bagged frozen corn. Top with shredded cheese. Easy, fast and my family LOVES it!

My go to meal is always spaghetti. And even with the bottled sauce. I'm not proud of it, but hey, the kids love it. Sometimes I will bake up some chicken tenders to go on top.

We either do grilled cheese and tomato soup or homemade Egg McMuffins. I love those so we almost always have stuff on hand. They're great. 🙂

I would have to say grilled cheese sandwiches(especially if the husband is not going to be home for dinner)or chicken wraps. I get frozen breaded chicken tenders cook them then put chicken, lettuce, cheese and ranch dressing on a tortilla and wrap it up. I also usually make the wingers suace so me and the husband can have sticky finger wraps.

We almost always have ground beef on hand so my go to meal would be tacos or sloppy joes. If for some strange reason I don't have ground beef on hand, we usually do eggs & toast or pancakes.

One of tastiest, quick dinners that I make is double decker tacos: hard taco shell, refried beans, soft taco shell, taco meat, toppings (maybe even some cheese sauce for a different taste). Thanks for the chance to enter.

My dad was famous for his “garbage pizza” and it's become one of my most frequent go to meals to use up leftovers.

Just grab some frozen dough (Dad used homemade but that kind of kills the time saver aspect). Throw on whatever leftover meats and/or veggies are in the fridge. Top with sauce and cheese and you're good to go.

My favorite quick and easy dinner is Crunchy Salmon. 1 1/2 pounds salmon (cut into 4 filets) topped with 2 Tbsp honey mustard (I make my own with Best Foods Mayo…there's no other brand for me) and French's fried onions. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes. Yum!
