My quick fix dinner is Company Chicken. It's quick and easy and very tasty! All it is, is chicken breast with a sauce baked over them. The sauce consists of cream of chicken soup (yep, I'm one of those mom's too!), curry powder, mayo, and parmesan cheese. I serve it with rice and usually broccoli. My kids love it!

Hi! I make open faced sandwiches. Bread, mayo or butter, left over roast or chicken, & garlic salt. Top that with a little cheese and melt under the broiler to heat. Yummy and fast!
my quick fix are chicken enchiladas. Everyone in my family loves them and if I dont have any frozen chicken on hand then canned chicken is tasty too!
My quick fix is homemade chicken tenders made from thawed boneless/skinless chicken breasts. The kids love them!

Quick Fix Dinner: Pasta Margarita- Diced tomatoes cooked in EVOO and garlic. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Simmer for ten minutes. Add in fresh basil, moz., and parmessan. Pour over cooked linguine noodles. Yum!
Breakfast is a good, quick dinner fix.
Chicken breasts covered in salsa in the crock pot. 4 hours later we have chicken tacos!

One of my quick dinner fixes is Dinner in the Swiss Alps. Hamburger patties + can of diced tomatoes {any flavor, though I love the garlic and onion variety} + cook up patties in frying pan + toss in tomatoes + cook a few minutes = delicious dinner! We eat this with rice or some fried potatoes. Yum!

Tacos with turkey meat! Everyone eats them how they wish: taco salad, on nachos and one kid makes herself a burrito with cheese and refried beans.
My quick-fix dinner is often paninis, using whatever I can find in the frig. They're fast, easy, and delicious!

My quick fix dinner is any “one pot” dish; most recently, it's a stew that uses leftover chicken. Delicious!
My quick fix involves a packet of Italian dressing, some parmesan cheese, an egg, and some garlic powder, all mixed together and thrown on some chicken breasts. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, and you have dinner!
