My quick fix dinner is Company Chicken. It's quick and easy and very tasty! All it is, is chicken breast with a sauce baked over them. The sauce consists of cream of chicken soup (yep, I'm one of those mom's too!), curry powder, mayo, and parmesan cheese. I serve it with rice and usually broccoli. My kids love it!

Hi! I make open faced sandwiches. Bread, mayo or butter, left over roast or chicken, & garlic salt. Top that with a little cheese and melt under the broiler to heat. Yummy and fast!

These look so yummy! Mmm.

One of my quick dinner fixes is Dinner in the Swiss Alps. Hamburger patties + can of diced tomatoes {any flavor, though I love the garlic and onion variety} + cook up patties in frying pan + toss in tomatoes + cook a few minutes = delicious dinner! We eat this with rice or some fried potatoes. Yum!
