{Giveaway} $100 Cooking.com Gift Card

A couple of weeks ago I received this lovely PAM® Cooking Spray in the mail. I was eager to try it and see if it really was better than the generic brand I have been buying for years. 

If you follow this blog regularly, you may have noticed my favorite generic brand hanging out in a lot of my tutorial pictures. I buy it because it’s cheap, and I go through it like crazy with all of the cooking and baking that I do. Spending the extra money to buy the name brand PAM Cooking Spray always seemed luxurious and unneeded.  

Until I tried the spray. 

It’s better. A LOT better than the generic brand I am used to. PAM Cooking Spray has recently been improved and is said to now be 70% better than the generic brand. 

It is, my friends. 

I have been using PAM Spray for all of my cooking needs this past week and I am seriously amazed at how much better it works. My scrambled eggs don’t fasten themselves to the pan with a vengeance. Cookies slide off the pan with ease.
I baked a batch of French Bread too long, and it left a crispy mess all over my pans. Once I got the dirty caked-on pans in the sink I grabbed my pick ax (ok, it was really just my scrub brush) and readied myself to get rid of the mess. Much to my surprise, the mess came off of the pan with ease and took much less time to clean than usual. Which freed up my schedule so I could bury my pick ax in the back yard. 

Why use a pick ax when you can use PAM Cooking Spray, right?

Besides making clean up much easier, PAM Cooking Spray comes with a great nozzle that sprays evenly and well. I have been frustrated in the past with my generic spray nozzle backing up and then breaking off before I had used the entire can. 

Why I didn’t try PAM Cooking Spray before now is a mystery. 🙂
  

Another recipe I made this week using PAM Cooking Spray was Stuffed Jumbo Shells. I have experienced treacherous clean up with this recipe in the past and was eager to see how PAM would handle this circumstance. I sprayed the pan well, assembled the ingredients, let it bake, and then we enjoyed this yummy recipe for dinner. It tasted great and the clean up was seriously a breeze.

No pick ax necessary. 

Which is lucky since I buried the thing in the back yard.

I love making Chef Boyardee Pizza kits and it is IMPOSSIBLE to do without Pam! LOL I use it to grease my pizza pans as well as my hands to spread the dough!!

When I was a kid, we got $.50 or $1 (I’m in my mid 20’s) my little cousnis now get $5 a tooth! We also got a tootsie roll because there is a funny story about how my great great grandpa used to buy them straight from the factory to give to his grandkids and always told them that ‘tootsie rolls were good for your teeth’ as a joke.

When I was in high school (about 10 years ago) I had a dream that I was wkialng down the halls of my school and it was filled with people just like it normally was between classes. However, the odd thing is that they weren’t solid- they were all white with black outlines. As I walked through the halls I started to notice that not all of them were white with a black outline; some of them were a brilliant blue color. And they radiated so beautifully. I had been feeling so alone during this time and when I saw the blue people (that’s how I refer to them) I felt a sense of relief because I knew that even though we were few- there were at least a couple of us in every few hundred. And I had this sense of knowing that they were like me and that I wasn’t alone.I have told very few people about that dream and when I heard about Martha’s drawing on the recording, I knew it was the same thing! It had to be! So many odd things have been happening to me. I’ve been sick with a mystery illness since I graduated high school, and now I’m starting to think that it has something to do with this, but I’m feeling confused and freaked out a bit.What in the world is going on?

I use Pam a lot for all my baking/cooking. My favorite dish to make with PAM is Ham, onion & Mushroom Omelets. It tastes good and I can flip it easily without breaking it and not sticking to the pan.

Sweet or savory ceeprs, omlettes, french bread, baked pasta with cheese or stove top mac & cheese. Meatballs & spaghetti. If any of this sounds appealing just Goggle for a recipe and give it a try. Burritos, you can even make the tortillas yourself. They are pretty quick and satisfying to make. Or pancakes. I love breakfast any time of day.References :

If you follow this blog regularly, you may have noticed that my favorite generic brand is in many of my tutorial photos. I buy it because it is cheap, and I check it like crazy with all the cooking and baking I do. Spending the extra money to buy the brand of PAM Cooking Spray brand always seemed luxurious and unnecessary. Is better. MUCH better than the generic brand I am used to. Can i suggest her mygiftcardsite now? PAM Cooking Spray has been improved recently and is said to be now 70% better than the generic brand.
