Grilled Hawaiian Pork Chops and Grilled Veggies

This past Monday I checked myself into the hospital and had a little surgery. It’s true. Nothing life threatening or anything like that. Just taking care of a few things that don’t work any more (out with the old…if you will.) And I had it all together in my mind that I could spend a few easy breezy days in the hospital, reading a good book and editing pictures and getting posts ready for you all. But it didn’t really turn out like I had planned, since it’s pretty hard to edit pictures when you can only keep your eyes open for 2 minutes at a time. 🙂 Lesson learned.

And so today, instead of a brand new recipe post, I have for you just a little recap of some old recipes previously posted on the site. A Grillin’, Outside Eatin’ kind of recap. Because it is just as lovely as can be outside and if I were in my right mind, I would be grilling. Grilling and eating some of the tasty food you see below with friends and family. Just sounds good to this old girl! Hope you find a recipe or two to love within the links and pictures below.
