{GIVEAWAY} Ninja Kitchen System 1100

by Jamie
THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED

Today, because the sky is blue and the grass is green and summer is buzzing and smoothie making season is in the air and because my kitchen sink is pretty and clean tonight (a small miracle) and because I so truly appreciate you all coming around here to read my ramblings and try my recipes…

I thought I would give an amazing Ninja Kitchen System 1100 to one of you dear readers. My husband purchased one for me several months ago, and wow. I am really in love with it. It blends things better than any other blender I have owned. Must be the triple blade, right? I love that it comes with a large and small pitcher, because sometimes I want to blend big and sometimes I want to blend small, if you know what I’m saying here.

Besides blending and pureeing, it comes with the capacity to mix cookie dough and pizza dough. It also whips cream like a dream. It really is an amazing tool. Much more than a blender.

I love it.
I hope one of you will love it, too.

To enter to win just leave me a little old comment telling me what kind of recipes you would like to see me post this summer. Are you looking for more dinner ideas? Do you love cookie recipes? Maybe you are looking for some tasty frozen treats, grilling ideas or fun patriotic themed goodies. I’d love to hear about what you’d like to see. Please leave your email address with your comment so I have a way to find you. 🙂

Winner to be announced on Wednesday June 6th.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Great post. Like you, I am totally over hnraieg about the Chickfila stuff. In my opinion people take things way too personally and then feel like they have to defend themselves or their beliefs because you have two sides trying to convince the other they are wrong or intolerant or judgmental . Just like people are more likely to give you the bird or scream at you through their car windshield because you drive too slow, people are more likely to behave in ways they would otherwise never do when face to face with someone. Lack of responsibility. Intolerance on both sides. Pride. Not wanting to be wrong or give in. I am not immune, none of us are. We live in a fallen world.

Definitely frozen treats – agree!

Also I'd love to see lots of light hot weather meals, other than the obvious like salads.

Grilled recipes, please. We love to grill once the weather gets warm (and sometimes when the weather isn't. We've been known to be out grilling in February)!

I always am in need of some new/different Breakfast Recipes. I feel like there are so many entree options but when it comes to Breakfast it's all the same. I love waffles but I think if my husband has to eat waffles one more time he may consider trading me in 🙂

Some of my favorite recipes are a couple of recipes that keep for a long time in the fridge. Would love to have more of these. It is so nice to come home after enjoying long summer days & be able to pull out parts of a meal-or a meal depending on if we want a protein. I know you will have some great ideas!

My only concern about a rantig system is that people’s feelings about food are INCREDIBLY particular and individual. I think it would also tend to prejudice folks against recipes that haven’t gotten much coverage, as (at least in my case) I tend to stick with highest-rated stuff first and ignore things with few or no reviews.

I love anything (dessert, dinner, side dish, etc.) delicious, easy, and cheap. I could use some help on ideas of what to pack my husband for lunch. I always make leftover the night before but I get sick of giving him the same old apples, yogurt, and pretzels with it. [email protected]

When I worked at the church administration building I ate at the Lion house often. So of coarse I make your roll recipe and the Sara salad often, it is my favorite! For the summer I would love to have quick and easy dinner recipes so I can spend more of my day in the pool than in the kitchen! Healthy snacks for the kiddos would be great too:)

Well, we love just about anything around here, but if you have some vegetable recipes that kids love, we'd appreciate it. There's one picky eater that requires some creativity in getting her to down healthy veggies. Other than that, all the recipes we've tried have been delicious! Thanks!

We love to grill on the weekend and ofter have leftovers. It would be great to have some ideas of how to make a different week night meal using some grilled chicken or something from the weekend.

Polio was actually a no-brainer for me. As long as we don’t treavl to a place that has polio which we have no intention of doing our odds of getting it are, for all practical purposes, zero. That’s how many cases have appeared in this country since before I was born. And since the odds of a vaccine reaction are something above zero, getting the vaccine for a disease that isn’t circulating would be the riskier choice. (And to top things off, even if polio re-entered the country, and if by some incredible odds we never heard about it before being exposed to it, we still have a 99% chance or so that it won’t do us any harm talk about vanishingly small odds that there could ever be any benefit to that shot!)
