I love something my mother-in-law makes, called Hot Juice. It’s amazing, easy and perfect for cold days and sick days and wanna-snuggle-under-blanket-all-day days. 😀

My favorite is something my Gram use to make with leftover peas and potatoes. We just called it Grams peas. All it really was was peas, butter, potatoes and milk; simmered together until thick. I love it!

I make tortellini in chicken broth soup. It is our “go to” soup when we feel like we are coming down with a cold or the flu. My Italian mom has been making this for years and now I make it for my family. Sprinkled with a little parmesan cheese, it is heaven in a bowl.

Chili – either as the soup or over spagetti. Sprinkle a little cheese on top and enjoy it.

Hi Jamie!
My favorite warm-you-up winter recipe is chicken chili. I made up my own recipe a couple of years ago because many I found were too spicy for me. So now it’s a special treat when I can make a big pot of it with some corn bread.
