My favorite cold weather recipe has to be my grandmother’s Chili. It simmers all day in the crock pot and the smell brings back the memories of her making this while on a hunting trip in Pennsylvania, waiting for my grandfather and great uncles to return from their hunt, while the ladies crocheted and played cards all day. Now my family gets to enjoy the same tastes and smells, and this recipe will continue to be passed on again.
