Wow, it’s hot outside. I mean, it’s not like 120 degrees here in my home state but when the temperature dances around with triple digits a girl can melt right down to a pile of nothing. Which is my diet plan for the summer, though it hasn’t actually resulted in any weight loss as of yet.  Still have my fingers crossed. I may try to cut back on calories and see if that helps too. 🙂 Word on the street is, eat less-move more is the ticket…not merely giving yourself heat exhaustion.  Who would have thought!

Until then, let’s cool down with a yummy frozen treat, shall we? Did you know you can make your own Homemade Magic Shell in less than 10 minutes while using only 2 ingredients. You can! My kids were very impressed when I pulled this recipe out and made it happen. They loved it.

Let me show you how easy it is!

    1. Britton and Cathy,
Thanks for your question. You can keep it! Just store leftovers in the fridge in a microwave safe container. The cool temperature of the fridge will cause the sauce to harden up. When you are ready to use it, just pop it in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds at a time, making sure to stir between each heating interval. Good luck!
