Do you have a lot of zucchini growing in your backyard? You do! Me too. It’s a great time of year, isn’t it.

Today, I have put together a list of my favorite zucchini recipes both sweet and savory, for those of you sporting a plethora of the pretty green vegetable. If you don’t have any at your disposal, I would wager there is a neighbor living close by that is currently wringing his or her hands, wondering how in the wide world they are going to make use of their zucchini abundance. Crossing my fingers they choose to share with you. 🙂 If you live in the middle of Antarctica your neighbors will most likely be in short supply.
