If you have fresh peaches at your disposal, I plead with you…at this time, to make this pie. It is heaven on earth, truly. 🙂 I made it again a couple of weeks ago for my sons birthday and baby, it was sheer bliss.

  1. I once visited Oregon with my best friend, where we stayed at her great aunt’s house… a peach orchard. She served a similar pie, which I loved!

    I usually don’t care for fruit pies, I think because I don’t care to have most fruit cooked. I prefer it fresh. This pie was amazing because of that!
