Happy Weekend, everyone! I have a great lineup of food for you this week, including a fantastic recipe for Roasted Asparagus. Have you seen asparagus show it’s spring loving face at your local grocery store lately? This is a great time to buy it, as it’s usually on sale. Watch for stalks that are nice and thick at the bottom to ensure you don’t get a bitter bunch. I’ve also added a couple of salads that include fresh berries. Can you tell I am eager for spring? I bet you are too. 🙂

Food is much a joy,even to look at like this week selection you must have a lot of fun with your creative mind to produce these dishes. Can’t help having a passion for cooking once I’m in the kitchen copying some of these dishes. Well done once again
