Can you tolerate one last peach recipe this season, my friends? I hope so, and I hope you still have some juicy peaches available in your area because this amazing Peach Pie Milkshake is absolutely fantastic! You can make it in 10 minutes or less. It’s bursting with juicy peach flavor enhanced by cinnamon, vanilla and a squeeze of maple syrup. When making this yummy milkshake I happened to have a prepared graham cracker crust on hand. I broke it into pieces and sprinkled it over a dollop of whip cream that was on top of the shake. It was the right thing to do. Seriously! It’s a great way to make a treat in a short amount of time.

Hope some of you get a chance to make it!

Peach Pie Milkshake

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 4 (8 ounce) servings

Ingredients

4 large juicy peaches, peeled
3 C vanilla ice cream
4 Tb brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tb maple syrup
dash salt
3-4 Tb milk
Toppings:
Whipped Cream (from the can, or freshly whipped)
Prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust, crumbled (optional)

Instructions

1. Peel and pit your peaches.
2. Add all ingredients (but the milk) to the blender and blend them together until smooth.
3. Add the milk, only if it needs it. Depending on how juicy your peaches are you may not need any milk. If the milkshake is thicker than you like add a bit of milk and blend.
4. Pour into glasses, add a dollop (or spray) of whipping cream and sprinkle with graham cracker crust.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

    1. Gina,
Hahahahahaha! Thanks for drawing that to my attention. 🙂 Yes, please pit your peaches when you peel them.
