I am forever looking for great ways to use up brown spotted bananas! It seems there are always several sitting on my counter. I have some great recipes in my archives (scroll to the bottom of the post to see a few favorites) but have always wanted a great Chocolate Banana Bread recipe to add to the stack. This recipe I’ve brought along to share with you today is fabulous! It’s rich, moist and the top is studded with a slightly crisp, chocolate chip coating. It’s super good, my friends. Hi Jamie, Just wanted to double check with you that this recipe actually calls for 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, or this a misprint. It just seemed like a lot of cocoa to me, so I thought that I would confirm with you before I go to make this. Thanks!
