Hi Jamie,
Thank you so much for all these wonderful recipes. I do ‘take-in’ for some people at Church & I appreciate having the main dish, 2 sides & dessert. I don’t mind the cooking, it’s the thinking that I have trouble with & you have made it easy!

Your timing could not be better. My sister just found out some terrible news about her baby and I want to take her over some dinner. I think I’ll go with the skillet enchiladas. Thank you.

I am that sister! What I wouldn’t give for someone to bring me one of these meals as I am trying to balance work, family and grad school! I have loved your website (your crock pot ranch chicken is a go to meal I’ve often taken families in need), and hope to get back to trying these recipes someday… 10 more months and a long nap later!

It’s only three years later…but I found you! 🙂 Your meals are beautiful, healthy, and realistic and my family is going to be SO happy! Every Sunday, we have family dinner with my daughter and grandkids and finding time to plan something awesome has been challenging…then you came into my life! LOL! Thanks, Jamie!
