Good morning, everyone. Wow. What a lot of change our country has seen over the past few days. With all of the closures, life seems to be turned upside down. If you missed last weeks post on Food Storage Recipes, you can see that by clicking HERE.
We are feeling the emotional effects of so much change here in Utah and are hoping to keep calm and focus on what each new day brings. Today, that looks like my teenage sons and I being here together at home. A rare opportunity for bonding. 😉 I did hear that Disney Plus has made an early release of the newest Star Wars movie as well as Frozen 2. Not sure I’ll be able to talk them into the latter…but I think we will make good use of light-saber viewing today. Thank goodness.
I know many of you will have your children home for the next little bit, so I thought I would share a few of our favorite Fun Kitchen Activities. Hope some of you find these posts helpful and are able to use them to create some fun memories with your kids.
I also saw this morning a great post from my friend Mel at Mel’s Kitchen Cafe highlighting many activities that can be done with kids at home. It’s worth the read for you gals and guys with a houseful.
Enjoy!

  1. Thank you for posts. They are always full of useful things, from the recipes to your book reviews to things to do when stuck at home. My 4 year old granddaughter loves cooking and making things so we will probably get through the whole list before this over.
