This is just a simple piece of wheat toast, avocado, fried egg, salt and pepper and buffalo sauce. Such a great combo, and a super easy way to make a fast and hearty meal.

This is a great, very loose recipe idea for an individual-build-your-own salad. I like to put all the ingredients out on the counter and everyone can choose what they like. Each person can put all of their ingredients on a cutting board and chop them up.
