THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED 🙂

Four years ago (today!) I started stock piling recipes on this blog. I sent a link to some friends and family, then crossed my fingers that a few folks might click over and take a look. I hoped they would use it and love the recipes they found here! Now, more than 700 recipe posts later, this site has been visited over 16 million times. That number absolutely blows my mind. This blog has turned into a thriving business that has been a great blessing to me and my family. While it is by no means the biggest, or the best food blog around…it has exceeded my expectations on many, many levels.  And so, on this little blogging birthday of mine I want to send out a great big thank you.

Thank you for coming here and using these recipe.

Thank you for saying hi to me at the grocery store and for sharing my site with your family and friends.

Thanks for being patient with my numerous spelling errors, quirky stories, weird commentary and my slow response to your comments or questions.

Thank you for emailing me of your cooking successes!  The thing I love the very most about running this blog, is the connection I get to make with all of you. It makes my day to hear that these recipes are being used and loved. Your positive feedback keeps me rolling.

Today, by way of celebration and thanks I would to love to give one of you dear readers a brand spanking new set of pots and pans! Wish I could send a set to each and every one of you.

I love these, pans. MyHandsomeHusband came home with a set few months ago and I have loved them (and him) ever since. Ok, if I am being truthful…I have loved the man for the entirety of my adult life.  He doesn’t even need to prove it with pots and pans, though it does sweeten the pot. 🙂

The sweet set of pots I am giving away today includes a couple of sizes I haven’t had before, which I have made great use of, particularly the 4.4 casserole pan and the 3 quart saute pan. Here’s a list of what comes with the set.

  • One 1-quart saucepan with lid
  • One 2-quart saucepan with lid
  • One 3-quart saucepan with lid
  • One 8-quart stockpot with lid
  • One 3-quart saute pan with lid
  • One 8.5″ skillet
  • One 10.75″ skillet
  • One 4.4-quart casserole pan with lid
  • One 12″ deep round griddle

To enter the giveaway leave me a comment telling me what kind of recipes you would like to see more of. Decadent desserts, snacks for kids, what in the wide world to make for lunch, a few more crock pot ideas, or maybe you are looking for something great to make for dinner. Aren’t we all. 🙂 Dinner recipes are by far my most popular. Anyhow, let me know below what you would like to see more of. I always love a little feedback.

This Giveaway will be open from today until Sunday night at midnight. Winner will be selected at random and announced bright and early on Monday morning.

Thank you!
