This Crock Pot Chili is the ultimate comfort food! Thick, hearty, and packed with flavor! Made with a delicious mix of ground beef, savory sausage, and four kinds of canned beans, it’s perfectly seasoned and slow-cooked to perfection. Each bite is rich, smoky, and satisfying. Perfect for cozy nights, game day, or feeding a hungry crowd. Serve it with cornbread or chips for a meal everyone will love!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 (15 oz) cans of beans (use a variety of red kidney, white northern, pinto and black)
- 2 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 3 Tb tomato paste
- 1 C beef broth
- 1 Tb chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tb brown sugar
- 2 tsp Kinders Woodfire Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
Instructions
- Heat a large, deep skillet up over medium high heat. Add your ground sausage and ground beef. Break it up with a spatula while it cooks, to separate the tubes into small pieces. After its cooked for about 5 minutes, add the onion and green pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent. Add the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the meat mixture to your crock pot.
- Drain and rinse all your beans. Add them to the crock pot.
- Add all the other ingredients and give it all a nice stir.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.
Serve with cheddar cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream...or with some warm rolls.
