I received this fun package last week from Wanchai Ferry through My Blog Spark. I whipped up the Wanchai Ferry meal for my husband. It was very quick and easy to put together. We were also thrilled to get some more chop sticks and serving dishes!
You know I used my gift card to buy some fancy dancy gear for my kitchen. I bought some great stack-able wire racks (I have been using some I got at the dollar store!) and a bunt pan. I am ashamed to say, I have never owned one before. Yes. It’s true. I’m excited to try out several great recipes.

First of all I want to let you know how much I love your blog. I use it all the time. As for my favorite Asian food…. My husband lived in Japan for a couple of years and makes great Japanese food. My favorite is Tonkatsu chicken served over sticky rice with pot stickers. Yummy!
I love Target! In fact, the other day a friend called me on my cell phone and when I told her I was at Target, she said, “You are always at Target!”. I love Target because they have a great variety of toys, housewares, clothes for my kids, etc..and it is a step above Wal-Mart. I love to go there without my kids and just peruse the aisles.

And if someone would just give me $1000 I could pretty much spend the next 24 hours of my life spending it all away at Target. Movies, books, decor, clothes, shoes, scarves, bags…Target is a definite guilty pleasure. 🙂
