Take along this fun Wedge Salad Party Platter to your next pot luck, party, family gathering of church event. It’s got everything you needed for guests to build their own little wedge salad.

I opted to set a large platter inside a rectangular basket, but you could just use a large platter. Slice 2 heads of ice burg lettuce into wedges and place them evenly over the platter.

Into four small bowls, place crisped bacon, green onions, blue cheese and crispy fried onions.

Place some grape or cherry tomatoes in a bowl and add it to the center of the platter.

Place some ranch dressing and Balsamic Reduction or Glaze to the platter.

Then let people build their own. So yummy and so easy!

Hope you get a chance to try it.
