Our quickest dinner idea is anything using brown rice. I make a lot of it each week and then portion it our into freezer bags and freeze them. I then rip off the bag and place it in a covered glass bowl and microwave it. Love it. We then just add a meat (which is usually previously frozen as well) and some veggies.
