This delicious simple salad is made with fresh pineapple, grapes, kiwi, mandarin oranges, mango, raspberries and strawberries. You could certainly add blueberries, or any kind of melon and it would work wonderfully as well. A delicious honey lime dressing is drizzled over the top, making all the flavors pop. So delicious and refreshing!

Simply cut up your fruit and toss it into a bowl.

In a small glass measuring cup, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest and honey. Pour it over the top of the salad and toss to combine.

It’s best to serve it immediately after the dressing is added.

Hope you get a chance to try it!
