Ingredients

  • 12-14 tomatillos, husked (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/2 white onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, (2-3 inches of the stems removed)
  • 1 medium jalapeno, stem and seeds removed
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Give it a taste and add more salt and pepper to your liking.

Notes
