This delicious and flavorful homemade salsa is bursting with fresh ingredients and ready in no time!

With ripe tomatoes, fresh cilantro, onion, garlic, and a squeeze of lime juice, plus a hint of jalapeño for just the right amount of spice, this salsa is vibrant, chunky, and full of zesty flavor.

Just toss all the ingredients into a blender, pulse a few times, and you have the perfect dip for tortilla chips, a topping for tacos, or even a garnish for scrambled eggs. It’s fresh, fast, and the ultimate way to elevate any dish!

Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 4-5 fresh tomatoes (about 1 pound)
- 1/2 white onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 bunch cilantro (2-3 inches of stems removed)
- 1 medium jalapeno, stem and seeds removed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar (or 1 truvia packet)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until combined and smooth.
- Give it a taste and add more salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve with tortilla chips, or any of your favorite Mexican recipes. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
