CILANTRO LIME RICE

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
  • 1 C Best Foods Mayonnaise (I useย Light, on occasion)
  • 1 C milk
  • 2 tomatillos
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped just a bit
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 Tb white vinegar
  • 2 Tb minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 T sugar

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until well combined and smooth.
  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
