This delightful recipe is a dessert dream come true—sweet, simple, and so satisfying. Made with just a handful of pantry staples, including a trusty box of cake mix, it’s the perfect no-fuss treat for busy weeknights, potlucks, or when a sweet craving strikes. It is VERY EASY!

Imagine juicy cherries bubbling away in their own syrupy goodness, topped with a buttery, golden cake crust that’s just the right mix of soft and crisp.

To make it, you’ll stir together sweet cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple a bit of sugar and cinnamon in a baking dish. No need to mix it in a bowl, the pan will work great. Plus, less dishes to wash. 🙂

Sprinkle a box of yellow cake mix evenly over the top, pour on some melted butter and sprinkle with chopped pecans. As it bakes, the magic happens—the buttery cake mix transforms into a crumbly, cobbler-style topping that’s simply irresistible.

Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for a dessert that tastes like it took hours, but really only took minutes to prep.

It’s comforting, crowd-pleasing, and oh-so-delicious—just the way a cobbler should be!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow it to sit for about 15 minutes before you dig in.

Serve with vanilla ice cream. Delicious!
