Creamy, comforting, and packed with flavor, this One Pan Ham Tetrazzini is the perfect way to use up leftover ham. Made in just 30 minutes with tender pasta, a rich cheesy sauce, and a savory blend of seasonings, it’s a family-friendly dinner that comes together easily in one skillet—no extra dishes required! Whether you’re cooking for a busy weeknight or need a satisfying meal on the table fast, this simple recipe delivers big flavor with minimal effort.

Let me show you how to make it happen!

Grab your ham and dice it up into small pieces.

Heat a large deep (oven safe) skillet up over medium high heat and add the onions and mushrooms. Cook until the onions are translucent. Add the garlic and ham and allow the ham to get a bit seared.

Add the broth, Half and Half, and seasonings and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to come to a boil, then toss your pasta right into the pan. We are just using half a package of noodles, here. To make them cook faster, I like to break them in half.

Preheat your oven to the Broil setting.

Cover the pan with the lid on an angle, so some of the steam an escape. Cook and stir occasionally, until the noodles are almost done. Now, this is important. You don’t want to over cook the noodles, the sauce will literally get all soaked up and we want to retain some of it in the pan. Add the peas and stir to combine.

Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the peas, and the cheese. Sprinkle with the Panko bread crumbs. Pop it in your hot oven and allow the bread crumbs to get nice and golden. Should only take about 3-4 minutes. You want to be sure to watch it carefully, it can burn pretty quickly.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
